Standard shipping for in-stock models takes 3-5 business days. Custom builds typically require 4-6 weeks for assembly, calibration, and rigorous quality testing before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping and customs handling?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard hardware and electronics. Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of installation or solder marks.
Are the pickups and internal wiring covered under warranty?
All wurst.guitars electronics come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the pickups, potentiometers, and internal circuitry.
How do I track my order once it has been processed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link and a digital copy of your instrument's final inspection report.
