Securely place the instrument or electronic component in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included.

Apply Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our technicians inspect the hardware for original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.
